Why We Built This Site
Utah provides a free public Statewide Warrants search linked from the Bureau of Criminal Identification, while the case file remains with the court that issued the order. San Juan County also has distinct justice-court routes: Blanding City Justice Court handles Blanding citations, and San Juan County Justice Court serves San Juan County and Monticello city citations. The Seventh District Court handles district-court matters. The Sheriff is the county contact for custody and bail, not the court clerk for case history. Because these offices answer different questions, one unsuccessful search is not a final status answer. The site organizes the official starting points, addresses, phone numbers, identifiers, and request routes by the office that holds each record.
What You Will Find Here
- Warrant lookups: how to use the Utah public search and identify the court that owns a San Juan County case
- Outstanding warrants: how to check statewide status when no county roster was verified
- Missed court dates: what bench-warrant procedures mean and how to reach the issuing clerk
- Charge-based warrants: how arrest warrant files relate to district court and service
- Traffic and city citations: routes for traffic matters, municipal cases, and three incorporated places
- Custody and bail: when the Sheriff answers a jail or bail question and when the court must answer a case question
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. It is not part of Utah Courts, San Juan County, or any police agency. There are real limits to what it can do:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, case entry, or linked search result remains current
The issuing court can confirm the court's current case and warrant entry. The Sheriff's Office can answer county custody and bail questions. For statewide search information, use the official BCI-linked system; each source has a defined record scope.
Search Partners
Some pages include search boxes operated by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and service terms. If a tool leads to a paid signup, the site may receive a referral fee. The provider controls its results and data practices; neither its output nor this private website is an official Utah warrant check. For public state and court sources, use the links identified on the relevant county pages.
